TurnOff Week, Monday, April 20

It is Turnoff Week, which means this blog is going to be more than a little on the lite side – as it should be.

However, since Wednesday is also Earth Day and everybody has got something green going, I will highlight a couple things here and there that you might like to record for next week.

For example, tonight on Planet Green, Emeril Lagasse shows some neighbors how to do an eco-friendly and tasty birthday party and another couple some ways to cook in a tiny RV kitchen.  It’s a pair of back to back episodes, airing at 9 p.m., and they’re a lot of fun.  The best part about the first show is that the kids eventually get in on the cooking action and I think that’s a great thing for kids to see.
